Answer four of the five questions of your choice, the score is the same.


1. How has the principle of freedom of contract been criticized in relation to the worker and the employer and has been one of the grounds for government interference in labor relations and one of the causes of labor rights?


2. A: What are the rights and principles related to the rights of workers and workers in the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran?


B: Write an example of the role of the Iranian judiciary as a source of labor rights.


3. According to the principles governing labor rights and Article 79 of the Labor Code, which provides: "The employment of persons under the age of 15 is strictly prohibited." Has he worked for an employer and can he enjoy the rights and privileges of a worker and demand them through the labor dispute resolution authorities or not? Answer reasonably.


4. Write the criteria for distinguishing a labor contract (the subject of labor law) from a contract of employment (there is no need to explain the criteria). Can the contractor (contractor) request the claims of the employer through the labor dispute resolution authorities?


5. Is it possible to protest and complain about the votes of the Dispute Resolution Board, which is final and binding, in another authority? Do you think that if the protester is a member of a government legal entity, he has the right to protest?
